Loaded Brisket Bites Totchos
Ingredients:
- Sear & Serve Brisket Bites: 1 package
- Tater Tots: 32 oz package
- Shredded Cheese: 8 oz
- Tomato (diced): 1 ea
- Jalapeño (seeded, chopped): 1 ea
- Avocado: 2 ea
- Red Onion (chopped): 1 ea
- Sour Cream: ½ cup
- Cilantro Leaf (chopped): ½ cup
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Lime (cut into wedges): 2 ea
Directions:
- Using a baking sheet, bake Tater Tots per package directions until they are very crispy. Alternatively, you can also prepare the Tater Tots in an air fryer.
- While the Tater Tots are baking, make the Pico De Gallo.
- Combine the chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeño and cilantro together in a bowl with the salt and lime juice. Reserve.
- Heat the Brisket Bites as described on package. Once the Tater Tots are done, change oven temperature to broil and place on top shelf close to the broiler.
- Scatter the Brisket Bites over the cooked Tater Tots and then cover with the shredded cheese.
- Place the Totchos back in the oven and cook until cheese is melty, about 2-5 minutes, depending on how close the tray is to the broiler. Watch carefully to ensure they don’t burn.
- Once all melty, top with sour cream, Pico De Gallo, chopped avocados, and cilantro.
